These Subscription Terms apply when you choose a subscription purchase option when purchasing Okinami. They supplement our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. How it works
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge for your first order today and, automatically on each renewal date, for subsequent shipments until you cancel.
- You can choose the delivery frequency: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
- The subscription price and any applicable discounts are displayed before you confirm the purchase and in the contract confirmation. Not all subscriptions include an additional 20% discount. The expressly agreed price, terms, and benefits will be honored; this update does not retroactively reduce the rights of previous subscriptions.
- The renewal includes the same quantity and product as your first subscription order unless you modify it.
2. Reminders
We will send you a reminder email at least 3 days before each charge, stating the amount and date.
3. Canceling, pausing, or skipping
- You can cancel, pause, or skip a shipment at any time and at no cost from your account under "My Subscriptions", or by writing to support@tryokinami.com with the subject "Cancel".
- To ensure the cancellation takes effect before the next charge, please cancel before the renewal date. Confirmed cancellations will not result in subsequent charges.
- There is no minimum commitment or penalty for canceling.
4. Price changes
If your subscription price changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance, and you can cancel before the next charge.
5. Failed payments
If a charge cannot be processed, we will notify you by email and try again. If the payment still cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment method.
6. Shipping and refunds
Subscription shipments follow our Shipping Policy. Each subscription order is covered by the 30-day guarantee in our Refund Policy. If your refund request includes a desire to cancel the subscription or receive no further shipments, we will process both requests; no additional message is necessary. A request for a refund alone does not cancel subsequent shipments.
7. Your rights
Nothing in this document limits your rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
