If the status is “Shipment information received”, the carrier has received the shipment details. This status alone does not confirm pickup. New movements will appear when the carrier records them.
How is the quantity of my pack shown?
The quantity refers to the number of packs in your order. A “Buy 2, get 1 free” pack contains 3 units; a “Buy 3, get 2 free” pack contains 5 units.
Where can I view my account?
Sign in to My account using the email you used for your purchase. This tracking page does not sign you into your account.
